BUG: Zooming in sometimes gets very slow
« on: March 29, 2016, 06:08:55 PM »
I've encountered this several times, but I don't know how to exactly reproduce this - the problem is that after some time, while zooming in/out under different angels and panning the camera, the zoom slows down so much that it gets impossible to fully zoom into the model.

hmm.. Could it be related to where the camera has been positioned? The camera will zoom into where the camera pivots, so if you select something and press C, it will center the camera on the selection.

I've recorded a short screencap how to reproduce this (I didn't press C at any point) - this was the max zoom I could get of the left face, panning also slows down:

okay, I'll try to improve that. I was messing around with the zoom, and found a different bug where it stops panning completely regardless of how zoomed in or out you are. Maybe it's related, but I'll work on it.

Okay, this issue has been fixed. It'll work better in the next version (1.2.5).
