BUG: Vertices sometimes off grid

I am unsure when exactly it happens but when I was creating a model sometimes the vertices would go off the 1x1 grid and I was unable to make a vertex at the same location as another vertex. I was forced to delete the entire face and retry. sometimes I would have to do this multiple times before I was able to correctly position the vertex.

I was creating a semi-complex model shown below, but im unsure if that has anything to do with it

Yes, I've had that issue happen to me too. I'm pretty sure it's related to splitting a tile. When you split a tile, it splits along the pixels in the texture, so if a tile is angled/sloped you end up with vertices that aren't aligned precisely to the grid.
Perhaps I could add an option to re-align selected vertices.
One way that might help in the meantime is to hold shift and click+drag the vertex to a nearby vertex. Holding shift allows you to snap a vertex to another vertex, so you can snap a vertex that isn't aligned to the one you're trying to align it to.
I'll look into adding an option to realign them.
