Simple wrapped gift [First model using Crocotile]
« on: December 24, 2016, 03:34:07 PM »
Took me a little while to get into, but here's my first little model.

Managed to save as an .obj file but have yet to figure out how to render it using photoshop. That's a fight for another day!
Here's a little screenshot.

  • Tiles is set to 64x64
  • Tileset is something i made by myself
  • Attached the .crocotile file too if anyone wants to use it.

Thx :) It's nothing special, but the idea was nice and simple to execute.

Lovely program btw, not much for 3D normally, but the idea of this got me hooked straight away. Especially for that price.
The only thing I'm missing  is a good tutorial on how to import it into a rendering program ( say photoshop or similar, and UV map it there ). Got it into photoshop, and abl to see the model without UV map, can't seem to figure out to get it UV-mapped though.
