Have you changed the key bindings in any way? If you have, I'd be interested in your key bindings.
When you say Select All, are you referring to when you hold Shift and click+drag across tiles to select them? Or are you referring to the Select All option in the context menu when you right-click the scene?
What operating system/version are you using?
Does it happen immediately when you start the program or does it happen randomly as you are using the program?

select all I mean the option in the contextual menu .But It does it sometimes! its weird.. the problem its I am recording tutorials and puff.. it didnt work haha . so start over.
It does when I have already the tile in the scene and I want to make an object to export it. I want to make a tutorial about this because it looks great on ue4 .

hmm. I can't seem to reproduce the issue. I'd need specific steps to reproduce it before I can attempt to solve it.
I'll keep looking into it though.

Got it, draw a box with one tile , like 3x4 - then past to edit mode , and select all, it would do this time , but try then to deselect all.. and baamm fail .

Oh ok I see.
That is how it is suppose to work.
When there are vertices that are currently selected, it will attempt to select any other overlapping vertices when you choose Select All.
So basically, it will only select all faces when no vertices are selected.
If you have just faces selected, it will select just the vertices of the highlighted faces. Then when vertices are selected, if you do it again, it selects any overlapping vertices of neighboring tiles which aren't selected.
You can do these operations by pressing Ctrl+A and Ctrl+D
